The LJI sales team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in building management and control systems. This knowledge has been gained over many years of working in the industry. The sales team pride themselves on offering a service to consulting engineers and contractors that can encompass the preparation of system descriptions and point schedules through to budget costing and final proposals. From project conception to final design the LJI sales team are available to assist specifiers and contractors where necessary to ensure that client requirements are met with a competitive solution.
Once a contract has been awarded it will be formally handed over to a member of our skilled projects team, who will fully co-ordinate the project through design, procurement, manufacture, commissioning and further hone the project ensuring that the end product fully meets with the client’s expectations and specification.
The design process generates electrical control panel designs based on sound engineering practices, and up to date descriptions of operation which are followed by energy efficient control strategies written by our software engineers.
Once a project is completed a full operating and maintenance manual is supplied, which includes a full set of control panel wiring / control strategy diagrams, circuit charts, technical information and test certification.
Our control panels are manufactured by a team of experienced technicians. We use quality components which have been tried and tested over years of product development, and can offer a full range of form type manufacture from form 1 to form 4.
Each panel is manufactured to the highest standards and to the latest electrical regulations. A methodical approach is employed to internal layouts with appropriate labelling for easy identification of components. Once a panel is completed it is inspected and functionally tested prior to leaving the workshop, panels are then packaged and delivered using reliable and flexible delivery services.
We offer an excellent electrical installation service using installers specifically trained in Building Management System installations to the latest electrical regulations. All works are co-ordinated by one of our electrical managers who work closely with the projects engineer to ensure that the project requirements and program dates are met. As we are an NAPIT registered company we offer in house electrical testing and inspection on our installation works.
Utilising a nationwide skill base our commissioning engineers are purposely trained to meet with client expectations. All retain recognised CSCS cards and are CRB checked to ensure site specific suitability.
Our engineers have a varied and extensive knowledge of supported products, electrical skills and controls applications which enables us to offer commissioning services that are rarely matched.
All works are completed to site specific method statements and risk assessments with fully itemised plant / control setting sheets being generated for inclusion in O&M literature
Upon completion we offer a demonstration to the client and onsite staff. this is to ensure that your new system is fully understood and how to operate all plant correctly.
This step also enables any onsite maintenance engineers to fully understand any new systems. we also offer Annual maintenance packages should you require it.
