London Farringdon Street

Complete CAT A Office fit out complete with bespoke joinery, New Staff meeting rooms complete with soundproof glass partitioning and coffee points.

Essex, Residential Project

Complete demolition of existing property and rebuild. All final fixtures and fittings are to the highest of standards and quality. Complete with bespoke joinery including bespoke kitchen.

Temporary Housing, London

This is an ongoing Mechanical project of which we are involved in the BMS Controls Package. The site is used for temporary housing whilst local Authority find occupants permanent residence. We are currently installing a new Form 2 BMS panel with Trend IQ View 8 Display.

Youth Centre, London

This was a change of use from a youth centre to a SEN Unit. This was a very aggressive programme to complete all new M&E services and small builders works package to get the client back in for the start of the new term.

Spirent Communications, Crawley.

We have recently completed one of our compliance visits to this site. Carrying out various levels of electrical testing. These include Emergency lighting and Electrical installation Condition Reporting. (EICR)

Junior Primary School, Essex

LJI was involved in this extensive refurbishment project as the Lead M&E Consultant as well as the installation of all M&E Services. This included new Electrical Lighting & Power Installations, New BMS Controls and interface, Solar PV, MVHR Ventilation and AC. As well as overseeing all other mechanical and specialist contractors such as Sanitary and all water services, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm and coordination between all services.

Freightliner, Ipswich Depot.

Our Rail Devision is recently completed Compliance works regarding the sites emergency lighting system and fixed wiring systems. (EICR) As part of these upgrades we are also installing new energy efficient lighting throughout the depot. In addition we are installing new AC unit power supplies.

Lea Valley School, Haringey.

Our BMS Controls Devision is currently undertaking a new plant room controls installation. Working alongside one of our mechanical contractors to assist them with the design, manufacture & installation.

Freightliner, Tilbury Dock Depot.

Our Rail Devision has recently completed various Compliance works regarding the sites emergency lighting system and fixed wiring systems. (EICR) In addition to these works our client was undergoing extensive roof repairs and replacement. LJI was instructed to relocate all Roof mounted AC condenser units to a position that ensured safe access for maitnenance.
